Hardware Installation

• Installation of servers, storage, networking, fiber channel devices, smart PDUs, sensors, serial or KVM over IP devices, and other components.

Configuration and Setup

• Configuration of all devices as per customer-defined specifications.

• OS installation, naming, and IP configuration if required.

• Custom BIOS settings and initial setup for all devices.

Cabling and Connections

• Complete structured connections for network, power, serial, fiber, sensors, KVM, and others.

• Labeling of all devices (front and back) and cables as per customer-defined standards.

Documentation and Access

• Full rack inventory shared with the customer.

• Remote VPN access provided for QA and validation.

Packaging and Delivery

• Secure packaging of the complete rack and custom crating for shipment.

• Coordination with freight forwarders for delivery.

Onsite Support

• Field technicians available globally for onsite deployment assistance, on request, T&C applies.

Design and Planning

• Site and environmental assessment.

Program Management

Assembly and Testing

• Assembly and mounting of all components, including servers, storage, network, and power nodes.

• Integrated testing, quality control, and burn-in tests at component, system, node, and rack levels.

• Software performance tuning and hardware testing.

Software and Firmware Services

• Splash-screen customization, firmware, and BIOS upgrades.

• Software imaging, OS configuration, and virtualization.

• Complete diagnostics and inspections of all installed equipment.

Order and Inventory Management

• Order management, scheduling, and tracking.

• BOM revisions and end-of-life tracking.

• Multi-site inventory, order, and production monitoring.

Documentation and Reporting

• Comprehensive Rack Configuration Document (RCD) including:

  • Topology and cabling diagrams.

  • Serial number recording.

  • Source-to-destination cabling runs and cable lists.

  • Photos of the completed rack.
