Flood Dec 2021
In December 2021, Malaysia faced one of its most devastating natural disasters in recent history. A tropical depression brought relentless rain to eight states, displacing over 71,000 people, claiming at least 54 lives, and causing widespread destruction. This catastrophic flood, declared a “once-in-a-century” disaster, underscored the growing impact of climate change and the urgent need for community resilience.
Recognizing the immense hardship faced by flood victims, We Will Imaging took swift action to contribute to recovery efforts. In collaboration with the NGOs, friends, neighbors, we provided essential food and household electrical appliances to affected families. These included some instant food and energy drinks, air fryers, kettles, microwaves, toasters, generators and others. Our donation not only helped restore a sense of normalcy to daily lives but also empowered the NGO to aid in cleaning and rehabilitating homes impacted by the floods.
This initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to supporting communities during times of crisis. We believe in standing together with those in need and playing an active role in rebuilding lives. The 2021 floods serve as a stark reminder of the challenges posed by climate change, and we are determined to continue fostering resilience and hope for a better tomorrow.
Let’s move forward, united in our efforts to support and protect the communities we serve.
